No Use of the Site by Persons Under 21 Permitted

The Company intends only persons who are 21 years or older to use the Site and any use of the Site by persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. Personal Information submitted by a person under the age of 21 will not be accepted.

What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our blog, the Site or the app?

Currently, the use of marijuana is against federal law and there exists the possibility that the Company may be subject to an information request from the federal government that would include the Personal Information of the users of the Site. Although we do not believe this is likely and will seek advice of legal counsel about the legitimacy of such a request, should one be made, we cannot guarantee that your Personal Information will not be given to federal law enforcement.

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third-party products or services on the Site. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of the Site and welcome any feedback about these third-party sites.

Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on the Site.
